Kamso was so helpful to me and I love his attitude towards talking to me very understanding and quick in listening too, my difficult was in my future $25k account which didn't have some instruments once I table it to him with less than a few minutes it was resolved and my joy was restored fully, highly recommend him to be the best guy so far. Terrible Experience
In reply to your Reply I acknowledge that Aqua Funded has the right to enforce its rules and review accounts for potential breaches. My concern was not that a review took place, but the level of transparency and information provided throughout that process. After being informed of the decision, I requested additional details, including timestamps, IP information, and further information regarding the activity used to determine the breach. My intention was to better understand the findings and provide any additional relevant evidence. However, I did not receive those details. I also reviewed the publicly available FAQ and Terms & Conditions but was unable to identify a specific rule stating that VPN usage was prohibited, that an accidental VPN connection while trading would result in a hard breach, or that it could lead to termination of the account. If these consequences had been clearly communicated to traders, I would have taken additional precautions to avoid this situation. I respect Aqua Funded’s internal review process and understand the importance of enforcing rules to protect the integrity of the platform. However, my review reflects my personal experience with the communication, the lack of transparency I experienced throughout this process, and the outcome of this matter. I believe traders should have clear visibility of important rules and potential consequences before choosing to trade with a firm. Clear communication of these policies allows traders to make informed decisions and avoid situations where they may unknowingly violate a rule they were not aware of.
