I regret giving this prop firm a second chance. Here is my latest experience with their so called "customer support" : On Friday 17th of July i noticed their platform TradeLocker on which i was trading was not taking the trades i inputted but instead it was taking trades with a completely random number of lots making it untradeable and causing me losses. The platform is known to have more bugs than a 30 year old mattress and i was patient so far but this time i've had enough of it and contacted the "customer support" to have my accounts migrated to MT5 where i can trade in peace and take trades that i want to take instead of letting their platform TradeLocker take random trades with my money or to issue a refund if they are unwilling to provide me with a reliable platform to trade on. After a few back and forth emails and me sending them screenshots which clearly showed there was something wrong with their trading platform, they asked me which accounts i want migrated and assured me that my case will be forwarded to their dedicated team for further investigation and will get back to me as soon as they have an update. 5 days passed...no update from them...So i sent them another email. Finally they replied and confirmed that there was an issue with their platform, "TradeLocker Engine Upgrade: The irregular trade executions you encountered were due to a previous trading engine on the TradeLocker platform. Please be advised that we have now fully upgraded this engine to ensure these specific execution issues are resolved.", but they still refused to do anything about it, refused to migrate my account on MT5, refused to issue a refund in case they are unwilling to migrate my accounts, and refused to do anything about the irregular trades that their crappy platform took on my account. To add insult to injury they also "thanked me for my patience over the last few days while they implement this upgrade". Basically what it comes down to is they are using you and your money as beta testers for their application and if anything goes wrong with the application they will not be bothered to rectify it or do anything about it and you will take full consequences of their mistakes as evidenced by my case. I had a previous experience with their "customer support" where i waited for 13 days for them to null the 5k challenge so i can purchase the 200k one but at the time the company was fairly new to this so i decided to give them a second chance, a decision i have to come to regret now as now i am stuck with 3 challenges and forced to basically be a beta tester for their crappy platform. So my recommendation to everyone reading this review is to go with other prop firms, there is plenty of them, and you will be treated much better, like a real customer instead of a sucker, most of them have a genuine customer support that will not shower you with template emails when you try to report a problem, and they will do all they can to rectify the situation if they are the ones to blame for your difficulties, something that DNA Funded, as clearly evidenced by my case, is not willing to do.
