I'm trading in their platform for 6 months and for now the experience is very good. The evaluation process and the rules are clear. The spreads and order execution are consistent, something important in trading. Also they have a marvelous support answering quick and helping if you have any doubt on your trading journey. I highly recommend this prop firm to anyone looking for a reliable and professional trading environment.

Today, I received a payout of over $2,300 from my Hantec Trader 100K 3-Step Endurance Funded Account. From the trading environment to the customer support and the speed of payouts, Hantec Trader has provided an excellent service. It is a prop firm that I can truly trust. I am a trader from Japan, and many Japanese traders around me are now starting their own challenges with Hantec Trader. As you may know, Japan is a country where trains and even bullet trains arrive almost exactly on time. Because of that, we Japanese people tend to be very particular about punctuality! 😄 Even so, I have been genuinely impressed by the speed and quality of Hantec Trader's support team. They helped me throughout the entire process, including KYC verification when I became a funded trader and answering my various questions regarding payouts. Hantec Trader is one firm I'll always recommend to any genuine trader out there because I've tested them and they're trustworthy...just requested payout today and it was disbursed within 10 minutes of approval, something you hardly experience with certain firms...Trade with Hantec!
Fair Refund, Poor Communication
I joined Hantec Trader because it is backed by Hantec Markets. Unfortunately, I could not continue my journey because they stopped providing services to Malaysian traders and closed my account. I appreciate that Hantec Trader handled the situation fairly and gave me a full refund quickly. My only suggestion is that existing customers should be informed before this kind of policy change. If I had not checked and noticed the change myself, I could have wasted more time on the challenge. Overall, I appreciate the opportunity and experience with Hantec Trader. I hope they can accept Malaysian traders again in the future.
