I trusted this company and paid my money believing they would treat me fairly. I waited patiently for my payout only to have it rejected after more than a month with no proper explanation. At my age, it's hard to accept being treated this way. I feel like I was misled from the start and the lack of communication has only made the whole experience unacceptable.
